Last May 12, Positively Filipino invited well-known children of famous Filipino women to honor them as mothers. The panel consisted of TJ Manotoc, broadcast journalist, avid mental health advocate and son of beauty queen Aurora Pijuan; Nina Daza-Puyat, food writer, home cook and daughter of culinary icon Nora Daza; Aika Robredo, who works in post-disaster recovery and is the daughter of Philippine Vice President Leni Robredo; and Melissa Ugarte, homemaker and daughter of activist Maita Gomez. The event was moderated by veteran journalist Paulynn Sicam.
