Asians are blowing up on YouTube. And Filipino Americans are blazing a mighty bright trail! Here are five Filipino Americans getting mad props on YouTube. Some have songs on iTunes; some are exclusively on video. But on YouTube their channels generate thousands and millions of views.

Check them out! Their talents speak volumes about their passion and drive to make it in the music biz.

Why he is awesome

Have you listened to his voice? That pretty much speaks for itself. Popular for his acoustic R&B covers of popular songs and his hit single, "By Chance (You & I)", JRA has reached up to 53 million video views on his YouTube channel. He also was a contestant on "The Voice" working with Cee-Lo Green. Let's be real, R&B needs a Filipino.

Sick rhymes and he sings? If you ask me I think that’s what’s hot right now. He is known for his covers of hit rap songs and putting his own rap verses and is now looking into making his own music. Oh and you can’t forget his Ray-Ban Wayfarers and his “Justin Bieber” hair, people like that too. An ALL Filipino R&B/Pop group. These guys have some of the best harmonies out there. So good it got them an opportunity to tour with Justin Bieber. If you’re going on tour with one of the popular music figures in music today, you’re doing something right. Currently, Legaci is working on their own music. He is also highly involved in Music Speaks, an autism benefit concert, as one of the headline performers.
