The Pistahan Parade and Festival is on Aug. 13 and Aug. 14 !

Filipino American Arts Exposition President and San Francisco Entertainment Commissioner Al S. Perez and Pistahan Parade and Festival Hermana Mayor Sonia Delen 

This year's Pistahan Parade and Festival had its kick-off reception last July 25 at the San Francisco City Hall. The event was hosted by Sonia Delen, this year’s Hermana Mayor and was attended by community leaders and the San Francisco Consulate officials.

The event is billed as the largest celebration of Filipino Americans in the U.S. The the two-day event organized by the Filipino American Arts Exposition is expected to draw over 80,000 people each day.

The Pistahan Parade & Festival in San Francisco will be held on August 13th and 14th at the Yerba Buena Gardens from 11 am to 5 pm. The Parade on Aug. 13th will start at 11 am at the San Francisco Civic Center, along Market St. towards 4th.
