The Philippine Consulate General in San Francisco wishes to invite the members of Filipino and Filipino American communities in the U.S. Pacific Northwest to take part in the first episode of Season 2 of “Fiesta Filipinas: An Online Celebration of Philippine Festivals”, featuring the Pahiyas Festival of Quezon province.
