Important Notice for DACA Recipients with 3-year Work Permits

US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is contacting some Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Recipients who received 3-year approval periods on their Employment Authorization Documents (EAD cards), to inform them that these cards were mistakenly sent and that they must return the 3-year EADs to USCIS. This affects DACA recipients who were mistakenly sent the cards after a February 16, 2015 court order was in place prohibiting issuing cards for longer than two years.
