Mango Tours Travel Advisory on PAL Flights

In compliance with the Philippine Government's declaration of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ), Philippine Airlines has further extended the suspension of its flights to the Philippines until May 31, 2020.

Submit a Rebooking or Refund request onlineEmail your local Mango Tours Agent at norcal@mangotours.com or socal@mangotours.com ORCall our Customer Support Number at 1-866-262-6452IMPORTANT TO KNOW: A one-time rebooking fee and fare difference will be WAIVED by the airline for passengers flying ON THE SAME CABIN CLASS AND ROUTE on their rebooked flight made from March 23, 2020 onwards. Rebooked travel must be completed by November 30, 2020 or within the ticket validity period. Airline blackout dates also apply. For travel dates starting June 1st onwards that are not affected by flight cancellation or not covered by a travel ban, changes must be made at least seven (7) days before departure.PAL's flight operations are subject to change and depends on the COVID-19 evolving conditions concerning travel restrictions and public health and safety. Service Fee: A $50 service fee will be collected by Mango ToursRefund Processing Time: Due to business disruptions and lockdowns caused by the Coronavirus, as well as the tremendous amount of requests we've been receiving at this time, our refund processing time takes up to six (6) weeks. We’re working to process requests as quickly as possible. Customers who paid cash will receive their refund by mail while those who used their credit or debit card will have their refund credited to their bank account.
