Like in the past year, this will be a tiered competition: Winners will be announced in different categories according to level of excellence - although not inclusive, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Special citation. A panel of three jury members will select the winners. A separate competition for short films will be held; eligible films will be shown in our youtube channel. Another panel of three will form the jury. All winners and jury members will be announced on Monday, November 8.
