A dish from the Teng-Teng Panciteria menu, Pork Ampalaya!
Ingredients
2 pieces ampalaya
½ pound pork
½ slice onion
8 loaves garlic
1 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
.30 ounce oyster sauce
8 ounces water
2 ounces cornstarch
Procedure
Sauté the onion and garlic. Add the pork. Put the water. Put the oyster sauce. Add salt and sugar. Put the ampalaya. Add the cornstarch.
Serves 3
