Ingredients
1 crab
2 Cucumbers
Vinegar Sauce: 5 oz dashi
2 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice
Procedure
Boil crab in salted water. Pick meat
Slice cucumber to thin strips. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Wring out moisture.
Make vinegar sauce. Combining everything except the ginger juice and bring to a boil. Cool and add ginger juice.
Arrange crab and cucumber and pour sauce
