The Happy Home Cook: Chocolate Moist Cake

Ingredients
1 ¾ cup flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
2 cups white sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
1 cup milk
½ cup oil
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 pieces eggs
1 cup hot water
Frosting
1 stick butter
¾ cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
10 tablespoon cocoa powder
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
Procedure
In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Make a well.
Add the liquid ingredients, including the eggs. Beat at medium speed until no lumps are seen. Add the hot water, heating until done. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 Fahrenheit. Let stand on wire rack until cool. Put the frosting.
Frosting
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the cocoa powder, mixing until smooth. In a mixing bowl, put the melted butter and cocoa. Add milk and vanilla. Beat again. Add the powdered sugar, gradually beating until smooth and ready for frosting.
