[PARTNER] The Potential of the Filipino Electorate

Join us on September 7th
at the

Bayanihan Center
1010 Mission St., San Francisco, CA
from 6pm to 8 pm

Over 460,000 Filipinos are registered to vote in California. In some jurisdictions the Filipino electorate is positioned to be an influential -- possibly a swing vote -- especially here in the greater SF Bay Area. A recent review of voter rolls reveals that almost half of Filipinos eligible to vote are NOT YET registered, particularly among young people. With public policy increasingly decided directly by the electorate, the Filipino community should make our opinions known by registering to vote and using our voting power. We will share voter data for a community discussion about the potential of the Filipino electorate.

Data gathering made possible by a grant from Wells Fargo Bank.
