Filipino chef Louise Mabulo, 20, won the United Nations Environment Programme’s (UNEP) prestigious Young Champions of the Earth Prize for the Asia and Pacific region for helping farmers in Bicol (See ABS-CBN News for story).
Of the 7 young entrepreneurs, 20-year-old was recognized as the winner for the Asia and the Pacific region.
