UP Rivals Oxford,Cambridge, Harvard in Research Citations Ranking

The University of the Philippines, despite its meager resources, has outranked some of the world’s top universities — including Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard — in a global index in terms of its clinical, pre-clinical and health research citations.
