Teacher and Students Use Makeshift Railway Trolley as Roving Classroom

Communities living close to the Philippine railway tracks in the province of Quezon use makeshift wooden push-trolleys as a common mode of transportation. Samboy de Leon Niala, 27, a high school teacher at the Tagkawayan National High School and his students in Humanities and Social Sciences do an outreach educational project on a trolley classroom to help kids in their community (See ABS-CBN for story).
