Hollywood Actor Danny Trejo to Play Magellan in Film ‘1521’

Hollywood actor Danny Trejo will play the role Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan in “1521,” an upcoming historical epic that follows the Spanish expedition that reached the Philippine archipelago on March 16, 1521 and depicts the Battle of Mactan, Variety  has reported.

For his first big movie directing job, Filipino American Walter Boholst chose to do "Voodoo Possession", a horror-thriller set in an insane asylum in Haiti where a man is desperately trying to find his missing brother. It stars veteran Hollywood character actor, Danny Trejo, reports ABS-CBN News.
