PH Congress Honors Fil-Am Armless Pilot
/The House of Representatives on Tuesday honored Filipino-American Jessica Cox who is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Record as the first armless registered pilot, reports Manila Standard Today. House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. awarded Cox a plaque of recognition at the plenary session hall.
