House Body OKs Bill to Encourage OFWs to Invest Part of Remittances

A committee of the House of Representatives has approved a measure that will encourage the country’s 10 million overseas Filipino workers to invest portion of their remittances with government, and will be pooled under the name “OFW Sovereign Fund” (See Philstar.com for story).
