Filipino filmmaker Lav Diaz’s five-and-a-half-hour epic “Mula sa Kung Ano ang Noon (From What is Before)” won the top prize at the 67th Locarno International Film Festival, reports Inquirer.net. The awards ceremony was held in Switzerland.
