Clark Kent Apuada, 10, registered a time of 1 minute and 9.38 seconds in the Far Western Long Course Championship held at Moraga, California, on Sunday, shattering the 23-year-old record set by multiple Olympic champion Michael Phelps in the same 10-and-under age group (ABS-CBN News).
