Duterte, De Lima on TIME's Most Influential People List

Time magazine included two Filipino politicians on its annual list of “The 100 Most Influential People” – President Rodrigo Duterte, whose bloody war on drugs has been making headlines here and abroad, and Sen. Leila de Lima, who has been among Duterte’s most vocal and persistent critics, reports Inquirer.net.
