Sinehan Sa Konsulado: Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang

After a hiatus last year, the Sinehan sa Summer, renamed Sinehan sa Konsulado, resumes in-person on Thursday, August 5, with the landmark film Tinimbang Ka Ngunit Kulang (Weighed but Found Wanting) directed by Lino Brocka, widely regarded as the film that sparked the Second Golden Age of Philippine cinema. Special thanks to Tessie Brocka and Vicky Belarmino for making this rare screening possible.

The event will be even more special with a Q&A graced by Tinimbang actresses Lorli Villanueva and Melvi Pacubas; and Lino Brocka production designer Fiel Zabat.

Per the consulate guidance, there will be health protocols, including limited seating, sanitizer station, and temperature checks.
