Marylou Bean was born and raised in the Philippines. She came to California in the 1980s and speaks fluent Tagalog and English. With nearly 20 years of casino experience, Marylou is someone who can certainly say she started from the ground up. She came to work at Pechanga initially as a Rewards Club ambassador. She later moved to Player Development as a casino host. She has performed this role for more than 10 years and always greets guests with a warm, friendly smile.

Dolores Salvador, born in the Philippines, brings a wealth of experience to her post at Pechanga Resort & Casino. With more than 20 years in the casino industry, she loves helping people. She speaks Visayan, Tagalog and English and has been with Pechanga Resort & Casino assisting casino guests since 2005. Dolores remains very active in the Filipino Community within Southern California.

Vhergie DeJesus gives her guests 100% every day at Pechanga Resort & Casino. She is fluent in Tagalog and English and carries 10 years of experience in the casino industry, plus another 10 in guest service in the hotel and restaurant management industries. She has worked at Pechanga Resort & Casino since 2004 and has met thousands of people.  Her infectious smile makes other people smile.

Chau Ly, the Manager of Asian Marketing, acts as an ambassador to the Asian Southern California community and works closely with the resort’s Asian marketing agency. With over 10 years of experience working with Asian community outreach teams in Southern California and in Las Vegas, he looks forward to growing Pechanga Resort & Casino’s involvement in areas that matter to customers even more.
