NaFFAA LAUNCHES ONLINE WORKSHOPS TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC AND ENTREPRENEURIAL EMPOWERMENT IN FILIPINO AMERICAN COMMUNITY  

Digital Skills Training for Small Business Owners and Entrepreneurs is Sponsored by Comcast NBCUniversal


Washington, DC (April 12, 2020)—In partnership with Comcast NBCUniversal, the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFaA) announces the launch of a series of Economic and Entrepreneurial Empowerment (E3) Webinars that promote small business, economic growth, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy in the Filipino American community.
 
Beginning April 18th, the E3 Webinars will be held on Saturdays at 1pm Eastern and 10am Pacific. They aim to  provide Filipino Americans digital and skills training to help them with their personal and business endeavors, while promoting technological and digital literacy. Topics in the series include:Building Your Brand with Canva (April 18 and 25, 1pm EDT)Moving Media: The Power of Motion and Moving Pictures  (May 2 and 9)Maintain Connections with Mailchimp (May 16 and 23)The World Is Your Market (May 30 and June 6)Registered participants will receive the Zoom sign in account, while the general public can view the broadcast live on NaFFAA's Facebook page.
